The role involves providing technical support for the OmniPod System, handling customer inquiries, and documenting interactions accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, at least three years of call center or medical support experience, and a proven ability to troubleshoot product inquiries. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification and offers opportunities for hybrid work based on performance.

Formación

• 3+ years in call center experience or medical support experience.
• Experience with use of electronic documentation systems required.
• C1/C2 English level preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve customer inbound calls for OmniPod System.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM system.
