We are currently seeking a Network Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Extensive experience with Routing & Switching, Wireless (Cisco & Aruba)
2. Support for vendors - Cisco, Aruba
3. Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN, and WAN (L2 and L3 protocols, including IEEE standards, routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), NEXUS, SD-WAN
4. Ensure configurations comply with network standards, review logs, and participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise network infrastructure
5. Manage and document escalated support tickets via ServiceNow
6. Understand WAN/LAN internetworking and network architecture development
7. Knowledge of Cisco and Aruba networking products
8. Adhere to ITIL & Change Management processes
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills
10. Teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility to travel
11. Support in a 24X7 environment, including rotating on-call duties

Basic Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ years managing LAN, WAN, and Wireless infrastructures
2. Vendor experience with Cisco and Aruba
3. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
4. Adherence to policies, processes, and procedures
5. Network troubleshooting and SLA management
6. Experience with hardware and software vendors, service providers, and partners
