Formación

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in Mexico or Latin America.
• Strong background in consumer goods, footwear/apparel, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience navigating cross-border operations and customs/trade requirements.

• Develop and execute the Mexico market strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Owners of the country’s P&L, delivering revenue and market share targets.
• Establish scalable processes to support rapid growth.
