Job Summary: The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and promote our hotels across the Spanish Caribbean region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Coordinate advertising, digital marketing, and social media initiatives to strengthen online presence.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, creative agencies, and tourism boards.
  • Supervise the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and digital content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support hotel events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand engagement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the MGM Muthu Hotels brand identity and values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel or tourism marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
