About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in lifecycle marketing, who can manage multiple channels independently, while using performance data to make smart decisions that drive customer engagement and retention.

What You'll Do
  • Build, test, and QA email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns across US, UK, and ium markets, while collaborating with the creative team to align on marketing calendars and creative briefs.
  • Assist with managing direct mail, subscription, and referral program initiatives to foster brand loyalty.
  • Support day‑to‑day lifecycle tasks, including automations, and help track and report on campaign performance.
  • Review key performance metrics, suggest optimizations, and iterate on existing workflows to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align on campaign goals, customer targeting, and creative direction.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in DTC lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email / SMS execution.
  • Comfortable managing multiple channels and campaigns with minimal oversight.
  • Skilled in Klaviyo and Attentive, with experience in segmentation, setting up campaigns, flows, and A / B testing within these platforms.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to QA campaigns independently.
  • Able to read performance data and suggest improvements without needing step‑by‑step guidance.
  • Self‑sufficient and capable of managing campaigns across various lifecycle stages (e.g., onboarding, re‑engagement, win‑back).
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Familiarity with subscription‑based DTC brands.
  • Experience in cross‑market execution (US & UK).
  • Understanding of direct mail campaigns in a lifecycle context.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Figma is a plus.

Compensation : USD payment

PTO : Flexible – take what you need, but must ensure responsibilities are met.

Accountability is key. Work Environment : Remote (US hours).

Candidates must be comfortable with remote work and available for cross‑team collaboration.
