We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Monterrey N.L. This role will focus on creating and executing digital marketing strategies managing automation platforms and supporting our brand presence across multiple channels.

Its a great opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives while collaborating with a highly talented and cross-functional team across technology design and sales

Requirements

• 25 years of marketing experience preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
• Experience with D365 Marketing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 stack (Teams SharePoint Power BI etc.).
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced English.

Main Activities

• Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage email marketing lead nurturing and customer engagement workflows.
• Collaborate with sales design and tech teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance and create reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain and enhance marketing automation tools databases and content libraries.

Education

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
