The position offers a monthly salary of $600 - $650 and requires strong analytical skills and creativity.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong growth mindset and a results‑driven approach. This person will lead our digital strategy, scale student acquisition, and position COPIOTA as a leader in innovative education. You will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, managing our digital presence, and designing high‑converting funnels. This role requires a balance between strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands‑on creative execution.
Define brand positioning and acquisition strategy. Design, optimize, and scale conversion funnels. Align marketing initiatives with sales and commercial processes.
Manage social media, brand storytelling, and the editorial calendar. Create multi‑format content (text, images, video). Write persuasive conversion‑focused copy.
Execute SEO (organic and technical) strategies and optimize landing pages/web structure. Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and email marketing campaigns. Analyze KPIs, user behavior, and run growth experiments to maximize ROI.
Work with CRM platforms and automation tools. Use AI‑powered tools for ideation, content creation, and optimization. Edit video for ads, educational materials, and campaigns.
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, or SEO roles. Strong command of SEO (technical & organic), Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and email marketing. Skills in video editing, copywriting, and creative tools (including AI‑based tools). Experience with CRM platforms and automation workflows. Native‑level Spanish with excellent writing skills. Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and a quiet workspace. Mandatory portfolio (content, campaigns, metrics, or results).
Analytical, data‑driven, and highly strategic. Autonomous, proactive, and capable of executing end‑to‑end. Creative, curious, and eager to experiment. Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
