The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, 3-5 years of experience in hotel marketing, and strong digital marketing skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Job Summary:

The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and promote our hotels across the Spanish Caribbean region. This role involves close coordination with the corporate marketing team and property management to ensure brand consistency and maximize promotional opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Coordinate advertising, digital marketing, and social media initiatives to strengthen online presence.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, creative agencies, and tourism boards.
  • Supervise the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and digital content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support hotel events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand engagement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the MGM Muthu Hotels brand identity and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel or tourism marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
