Role Overview
The Marketing KAM is responsible for executing Novaments 360 Prospecting model, ensuring our clients receive consistent audience growth, education, and CRM optimization. This role blends sales intelligence, marketing strategy, graphic design, and community management to create a full-cycle prospecting engine.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative able to research, generate leads, design compelling content, and manage digital communities in a unified strategy that drives engagement and pipeline growth; additionally, this position needs to feel comfortable servicing several accounts during the remote 40 hour per week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Intelligence & Lead Research
- Identify and segment target audiences based on client industry, geography, and buyer profiles.
- Use lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Clay) to build qualified databases.
- Maintain data accuracy and implement enrichment verification processes before CRM insertion.
2. Lead Generation & Outreach Support
- Populate and structure lead lists aligned to each clients ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Support automated outreach workflows (email, social media engagement, touchpoints, events, etc.).
- Track lead performance and recommend optimizations based on data.
3. Marketing Strategy Execution
- Create weekly content strategies aligned with each clients value propositions.
- Plan newsletter themes, social media topics, and educational content.
- Align communication with broader business goals, positioning, and brand tone.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on analytics.
4. Graphic Design & Webdesign Management
- Design visuals for newsletters, social media posts, carousels, and marketing campaigns.
- Support, optimize and maintain clients´websites using Wix or similar tools.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, modern trends, and engagement best practices.
- Produce templates to streamline recurring content cycles.
5. Community Management & Audience Engagement
- Manage and interact with communities across social platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and relevant industry threads on behalf of clients.
- Track engagement metrics and provide weekly insights.
- Nurture online communities to increase visibility, reach, and trust.
6. CRM Management
- Input, categorize, and enrich data inside client CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Maintain CRM cleanliness by removing duplicates, updating statuses, and completing missing fields.
- Maintain workflows and automation rules to ensure leads move smoothly through the pipeline.
- Provide monthly CRM reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Experience with lead gen tools : Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Clay, ZoomInfo (optional).
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar; Salesforce is a plus).
- Graphic design (Canva required; Adobe suite is a plus).
- Webdesign (Wix, Wordpress, etc)
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool).
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot Marketing Hub).
