You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence to negotiate and manage supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps improve the efficiency, quality and safety of manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develops new and innovative ways to distribute products to customers.

About the role

• Drive the continuous improvement strategy across the entire operation, departments, products, processes, and procedures in collaboration with the leadership team to achieve the site's productivity goals.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects, maintenance of management systems, and development of initiatives that impact the site's efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• A non-monotonous position, where the person can create projects independently without relying on anyone else.
• The objective for the role is to establish the digital transformation of the site to establish the manufacturing operation system and efficient processes.

Location of the Role: Tlalpan, Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing teams with a culture of continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages active staff participation in improvement initiatives.
• Implementation of continuous improvement strategies
• Design, plan, and execute strategies aligned with site objectives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
• Development of new ways to improve service, safety, and efficiency
• Evaluate emerging technologies, redesign processes, and promote automation where feasible, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.

Experience we’re looking for

• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Background in roles such as Project Engineer, Continuous Improvement, Production, and even Quality or Maintenance in an Industrial environment.
• Knowledge of digital transformation
• Experience with database management systems
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of regulatory entities (Cofepris, FDA, etc)
• Use of any methodology like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile to prioritize and make an efficient initiative and digital transformation process.
