A leading manufacturing company in Mexico seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support new product introduction and ensure manufacturability. The role requires strong engineering and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, three to five years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.

Formación

• Three to five years of knowledge/experience in manufacturing process.
• Demonstrated ability to manage/support projects.
• Bilingual with good verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of project for new product introduction.
• Ensure MBOM accuracy and parts manufacturability.
• Coordinate paper test and development run product orders.
• Work closely with design team to ensure manufacturability.

Descripción del empleo

The ME will support developing project of new product introduction, provide cost information, assure MBOM accuracy, parts manufacturability, coordinate paper test and development run product orders.

Assure product readiness and implementation in manufacturing facilitate VSM (value stream map). Involved in all phases of a project, working closely with the Design team, to ensure that the design concept is manufacturable and implemented to meet the established functional and aesthetic goals.

Additionally, the ME collaborates with numerous cross-functional functions to assure readiness through scheduling and execution of all deliverables within the scope of assigned projects.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical,Industrial, Electro-mechanical)
• Three to five years of knowledge/experience in manufacturing process
• Demonstrated strong engineering, analytical, problem-solving skills, managed/supported projects
• cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment.
• Commitment to continual learning and advancement of all relevant skills
