As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us develop, interpret, and administer most salaried employee policies and practices that will directly impact in maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking employee advocates, change leaders and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best. The Employee Relations position provides an opportunity to be part of a global team that utilizes skills in counseling, compliance with Corporate & HR policies, and investigations.

Responsibilities
  • Encouraging an effective, inclusive work environment/culture and relationship, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company priorities and values
  • Analyzing data and using technology to proactively identify and diagnose business needs / opportunities and develop solutions to meets those needs
  • Partner with local HR teams to assess their protected reports of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims
  • Counsel employees regarding job related matters and on the fair application of policies and practices
  • Investigate and approve all salaried disciplines for customer base
  • Partner with local Compliance and Legal teams to resolve employment litigation issues
  • Provide subject matter expertise to HRBO and management on matters regarding declining performance
  • Scan the internal and external environment to identify trends that may affect or change the relationship the Company has with its employees
  • Lead or participate in special local or global project teams
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • related to Code of Conduct violations, specifically on: Harassment, Discrimination, Unprofessional Behaviors allegations.
  • HRBO experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or other related subject areas
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality results while handling multiple priorities
  • Prior experience working with agile cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset (Learn-It-All)
  • Aptitude for critical thinking
  • Capable of communicating across skill teams, regions and at all levels
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skill
