As a Manager I Accounting & Reporting supporting our Finance & Accounting team you will be trusted to lead daily accounting operations and reporting excellence in our shared services center. Based in Mexico City (hybrid model) you will be responsible for financial accuracy compliance and leading a high-performing team aligned with Alcons business strategy.

Typical day will include

Supervising accounting staff in posting and verifying financial transactions

Conducting reconciliations and ensuring accuracy in financial records

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and month‑end closing

Monitoring compliance with accounting standards and policies

Leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing team capabilities

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; Masters degree or CPA preferred. ప్రకటన.
• 10 years of experience in accounting roles with exposure to shared services and multinational environments.
• Proficiency in SAP Microsoft Excel PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and is a plus.
• Strong analytical leadership and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and structured communicator.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in consumer goods pharma manufacturing or service industries is preferred
• Deep knowledge of standard costing.
• Ability to act as a strategic business partner and build a sense of ownership and connection to the business.
