Formación

• Minimum of 4-year experience in operations, manufacturing, and maintenance.
• Minimum 6-year experience in leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures uninterrupted plant operations while meeting food safety and occupational safety standards.
• Manages the maintenance budget and ensures efficient utility supply.
• Builds internal leadership pipelines and promotes diversity and inclusion.
• Implements structured practices for long-term equipment performance.
• Leads equipment renewal and technology upgrades.
