A leading automotive manufacturer in Saltillo is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and improve equipment effectiveness. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and experience in machine maintenance strategy. The role requires Intermediate-Advanced English skills, with a focus on enhancing safety, quality, and productivity in production processes.

Formación

• Experience in managing maintenance staff to reduce machine losses.
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies aligned with production plans and budgets.
• Ability to analyze OEE/OLE indicators and propose improvements.

Descripción del empleo

Leads and develops the maintenance staff to eliminate top machine losses.

Ensures technical and methodological support is provided to the departments to guarantee proper functionality and improvement of the equipment.

Ensures detailed analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)/Overall Line Effectiveness (OLE) indicators, proper machine classification, and validation of recovery plan appropriateness.

Ensures detailed analysis of MTTR / MTBF through Orange Room & SFM methodology / TMS.

Defines the correct maintenance strategy to be carried out in relation to the production plan, available resources, and budget.

Ensures correct data collection processes through FIS/report manager, assesses maintenance activities, and manages spare parts storage strategy.

Ensures focus on SPW Autonomous Maintenance (AM) / Professional Maintenance (PM) activities.

Supports all aspects of production processes including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale, and drives successful implementation of SPW processes and standards.

Manages the activities and priorities of maintenance area supervisors, professional maintenance leads, professional maintenance specialists, and respective skilled trades’ employees.

Backups management for the assigned line.
