Mission

Achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the plant's production processes and adherence to the quality system, reducing waste to a minimum, through leadership in the work team and with members of other departments. Coordinate efforts to achieve a quality product in accordance with our customers' specifications, meeting their expectations, promoting self-control in the processes, complying with the quality systems established by Antolín Saltillo.

Responsibilities

To ensure the efficient supply of materials and supplies within the materials flow, product distribution, and delivery to customers and logistics centers, in order to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the organization.

• Ensure the timely supply of raw materials and supplies required in the production process, according to customer requirements.
• Ensure the timely flow of materials and supplies.
• Guarantee the shipment and transportation of the finished product to meet customer requirements on time.
• Manage the department under a total quality philosophy. Maintain a system integrity of at least 98% for raw materials and finished goods inventory. Achieve efficient transportation costs for both raw materials and finished products.

What we are looking for

• Logistics engineer or related career.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as Logistics Manager in the Automotive Industry.
• At least 5 years of experience working with OEMs.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Immediate response to emerging situations in Logistics/Materials Area.
• Knowledge of assembly, injection and pressing processes.
• Conversational English.
