A logistics technology company in Ciudad de México is seeking a Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to oversee and optimize regional logistics operations. The role involves managing inventory accuracy and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have 2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, strong communication abilities, and a background in 3PL management. As Motive expands into Mexico, we are hiring a Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to help build, manage, and optimize our regional logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong operational instincts, hands-on experience in 3PL management, and a track record of improving delivery performance across all sales channels.
You will be responsible for day-to-day fulfillment excellence, inventory accuracy, inbound receiving, 3PL oversight, international shipping compliance, and carrier/customs broker management. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the U.S., EU, and Asia to ensure Motive delivers a reliable, cost-efficient, and high-quality customer experience.
This is a high-impact IC role where you will shape Motive’s Mexico operations from the ground up.
