Overview

Position: Logistics and Transportation Agent (Night Shift)

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua

Employment Type: Full-time with superior benefits

Monthly Salary: $18,000 MXN plus monthly bonus between $1,000 - $3,000 MXN; includes superior legal benefits, major medical insurance, and $1,000 MXN in grocery vouchers

Work Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating schedule coordinated with the work schedule department)

Position Summary

As a B1 Driver Dispatch Executive (Night Shift), you will be responsible for the efficient management of the trailer fleet and B1 visa drivers, ensuring smooth and coordinated operations across international borders.

You will oversee the dispatch of fifth-wheel drivers, coordinate border crossings for import and export shipments, and properly document departures from Mexico. Additionally, you will continuously track shipments within Mexico and the U.S., working closely with various departments to ensure on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the trailer fleet and equipment located in Mexico
• Dispatch fifth-wheel drivers holding B1 visas
• Coordinate border crossings for import/export shipments
• Properly document export shipments originating from Mexico
• Track and monitor shipments in the U.S. and throughout Mexico

Other Responsibilities

• Execute other tasks and commercial operation projects as delegated by management

Additional Considerations

Salary: The offered salary range $18,000 per month. Benefits: $1,000 MXN in grocery vouchers; monthly bonus for results range $1,000 - $3,000.
