This role involves designing and leading teams on the innovative platform, requiring 4 years of backend development expertise, ideally in Golang, and experience with microservices and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will also excel in engineering best practices and collaboration across teams while working in a dynamic environment. This is a regular position based in Mexico.

Formación

• 4 years of backend development experience, ideally with GO.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of different database engines.

• Collaborating with other teams on design solutions.
