A tech-driven platform company in Mexico seeks an Engineer Lead to design and lead teams for their innovative platform. You will leverage your expertise in Golang and systems performance to ensure optimal platform reliability. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, implementing engineering best practices, and managing technical proposals. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of backend development experience and strong knowledge of microservices architecture and databases.

Formación

• 4 years of backend development, ideally with Golang.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices.
• Experience with caching technologies like Redis.
• Experience with Event Streaming Platforms like Apache Kafka.
• Good knowledge of database engines like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Jenkins.
• Understanding of Service Monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead teams and systems for the platform.
• Implement reliability and performance improvements.
• Review technical aspects in business proposals.
• Guide team in engineering best practices.
• Maintain on-call support schedules.
• Report team metrics weekly.
