You will drive operational excellence in the company's payment capabilities across Latin America, managing cross-functional teams and developing executive-level partnerships. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in payments or financial services, strong program management skills, and an understanding of credit card payment ecosystems.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in payments or financial services.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of credit card payments.
