Responsibilities

The Opportunity in Mexico City

The Last Mile Closed Loop Routing Support Analyst will provide operational support to Sales and Go To Market teams across LATAM, ensuring real-time route and customer management, as well as the proper execution of commercial operational processes. This role operates cross-functionally and cross-country, ensuring compliance with defined OLAs and SLAs while driving the centralization, standardization, and optimization of customer and route information throughout the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as an expert user of Omnitracs, managing customer and route configuration for assigned markets and OUs.
  • Analyze and validate route structures, including number of routes, route types, customers per route, and regional/district coverage.
  • Execute mass geocoding updates, truck assignments, new customer setups, and scorecard/report updates (Power BI).
  • Validate incorrect configurations such as bad geocodes, route-to-truck assignments, out-of-cluster customers, depot configurations, and loading days.
  • Drive alignment with the business to centralize, standardize, and optimize customer and route data.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with Sales and GTM stakeholders across LATAM markets.
  • Communicate system deviations to local Sales and GTM teams based on agreed sustainability models and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present status, performance, and productivity reports during weekly operational and tactical meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and capability development plans.
  • Ensure service delivery according to defined SLAs.
  • Be available to work flexible or mixed schedules based on market needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience analyzing data or commercial operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
  • Portuguese: Intermediate to Advanced (written and spoken) – Mandatory, especially for Brazil and LATAM support.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic and changing environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
