About The Job
  • Manage sell-in and joint responsibility on sell-out with the DM's for IR partners in line with global guidelines.
  • Build and foster strong relationship with IR partners (MOB/MUB) through regular follow-ups, market visit, meetings as well as at sales event such as tradeshows, Dealer Days etc
  • Define short and mid-term budgets for IR partners (MOB/MUB), break down and set corresponding targets on a partner level based on given plan.
  • Ensure that IR partners achieve the defined targets on a monthly and yearly basis by monitoring the KPI's and creating action plans to improve results where needed.
  • Support the local Merchandising team in defining the seasonal assortments for IR partners (MOB/MUB) by providing feedback on customer/market needs.
  • Provide feedback to Global Teams via the Sales Director on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas.
  • Carry Out monthly inventory analysis as Sell Out, KPIs and make sure to have feedback on the results during the monthly review of the business to support with commercial strategies in teamwork with other departments as Merchandising, Planning, Marketing & Training, to provide the partner with information for business improvement.
  • Present semestral and yearly Business Review of each account.
  • Make store checklists in the market visits and share with related areas and the Partner for follow up.
  • Support credit management department to ensure that the payment terms of each client are fulfilled according to the contract and keep accounts receivable up to date.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% of working time).
  • Local language and English proficiency skills
  • Extensive Account Management and B2B experience
  • Strong lateral management, motivating and influencing skills
  • Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
