Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role requires a strong balance between operational excellence and project leadership, supporting global initiatives, ensuring service continuity, and driving continuous improvement across processes. The main purpose of this role is to maintain the knowledge management system for Control Shared Services. This will include granting access, supporting creation or importing of new Desk Top Procedures, monitoring of existing Desk Top Procedures and all other admin related support for the documenting process.

In addition, the role will support project management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all life cycle deliverables, including governance, status reporting, schedule and scope management, and cost calculation and reporting, making sure that all deliverables are executed on time and accordingly to the needs of each project.

The role will also oversee the monitoring of KPIs established for the follow up of the service level, including necessary guidance to the functional teams in the SSC, this could mean developing initiatives that enhance our service delivery, and providing information to the teams for the decision‑making process, according to tendencies in our indicators.

Your Impact

  • Maintain and enhance the knowledge management system for Control Shared Services, including granting access, supporting creation/import of Desk Top Procedures, and providing administrative support for documentation processes.
  • Lead day‑to‑day service delivery operations, ensuring performance meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage cross‑functional projects focused on efficiency, standardization, and process improvement.
  • Monitor progress of project's, technical deliverables and facilitate issue/risk mitigation and action plans.
  • Coordinate business go‑live and deployment.
  • Manage central repository of projects documentation.
  • Build, maintain, and manage the project roadmap and end‑to‑end project deliverables across the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the establishment of the project cost, ensuring its reporting with the budget team.
  • Monitor indicators on a monthly basis, ensuring the correct documentation from the functional areas.
  • Lead and execute ad hoc projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery of objectives, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Shared Services, or Operations/Projects.
  • Proactive collaboration and adaptability, being a team player, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, collaborative and ambiguous environments and support multiple initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across organizational geographies and functions, including communication in English language.
  • Empathy and stakeholder awareness, demonstrating the ability to understand and anticipate the needs, concerns, and perspectives of impacted teams to foster positive change adoption, and assess risks properly.
  • Good analytical skills with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrates outstanding ability to organize, share, and leverage knowledge resources effectively.
  • Prior experience with Knowledge Management tools preferred (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities.
  • Results‑oriented strategic thinker who demonstrates curiosity and bias for action.
  • Desirable high level of influence in others: confident when dealing with different Leadership Team members with more seniority and experience, interacting with, influencing & aligning them, and peers.
  • Be sensitive to cultural differences, and able to deal with these.
