A global expert in electrical specialties located in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for diagnosing anomalies, managing customer requests, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the premises. Responsibilities

• Diagnoses anomalies and implement corrective actions. Assessment indicator: Number of actions implemented on the planner.
• Collects and manages internal customer needs and requests. Assessment indicator: Internal customer satisfaction.
• Performs a series of tasks on a daily basis for the maintenance, cleanliness (hygiene, etc.), maintenance and tidying of buildings, areas, equipment, catering areas and green spaces. Assessment indicator: Number of Claims.
• Consults service providers and manage certain contracts. Assessment indicator: Compliance with contract schedules.
• Transmits work instructions to external companies and to the department's ad hoc resources. Assessment indicator: Number of Claims.
• Ensures the security/safety of the establishment (fire, intrusion, etc.). Assessment indicator: Compliance with safety/security regulations.
• Ensures on-call duty on a rotating basis with team members. Assessment indicator: Response and implementation times.
