Description

As an Integrated Supply Chain Operations Manager here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end to end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management and logistics
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on integration and optimization
  • Operational Excellence Experience
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management
