Strategic Operations & Project Leader | Global Talent Delivery & Workflow Optimization

This is a 3-month contract with a performance-based end-of-contract bonus. Are you a marketing project manager who can both coordinate and execute?

Responsibilities

• Own the campaign calendar and coordinate between development, CRM, and paid media teams
• Manage asset delivery, copy approvals, and UTM setup to ensure smooth launches
• Review paid social performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Conduct live checks post-launch to confirm tracking, links, and budgets are working correctly
• Act as the daily contact for our paid media agency and challenge strategies when needed

Hands‑On Strategist

• Coordinate projects and dive into campaign execution
• Spot opportunities in the data and act on them
• Bridge internal teams and external partners with ease
• Push back when something doesn't make sense
• Turn complex updates into clear action items

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta ads required)
• Experience coordinating multi‑channel DTC campaigns
• Strong project management skills with tools like Asana
• Agency coordination experience with the ability to challenge and optimize strategies
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Affiliate marketing experience
• CRM platform experience
• E‑commerce platform knowledge

Compensation & Benefits

• Temporary 3-month contract
• US $1,800 – $2,000 / month (full‑time contractor, 40 hrs / week)
• Completion bonus at the end of the contract
• EST schedule with 4 hours overlap with the UK
