Overview

ING DE PROGRAMACION CNC IIIin GAC Mexicali

Position Purpose: Provides the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU. Support Projects.

Responsibilities

• Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 2 and 3 axes.
• Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization.
• Support other departments.
• RCCA Analysis.
• Internal and external quality problems solution.
• Create TMO'S.
• Support the robust FA system.
• Select technology tools; create tooling 3D models.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor\'s Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelor\'s Degree Aerospace Engineering. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, considering geometric tolerances and fabrication processes.
• Knowledge in forming and drilling tools.
• CNC Programming.
• Part Design & Generative Shape Design Platforms in CATIA V5.
• Experience in drawings interpretation, corrective actions, MS Office.
• English 80%.
• Available to travel.
• US Visa.
