Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers and help them achieve success with our product.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, a great communicator, and loves helping customers.

As a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for running onboarding sessions, supporting customers with any issues they may encounter, and ensuring that they have the best possible experience with our product.

You will also be responsible for monitoring customer usage, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to help shape our product roadmaps. This is a full-time remote role based in Latin America, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and make a meaningful impact on a fast-growing SaaS company.
