As a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for running onboarding sessions, supporting customers with any issues they may encounter, and ensuring that they have the best possible experience with our product.
You will also be responsible for monitoring customer usage, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to help shape our product roadmaps.
