Job Description: We’re building a commercial, professional organization. Candidates with strong commercial skills, experience, and demonstration of LAT (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) behaviours are key to our goals: strengthening marketing in growth markets, optimizing supply chains, and implementing a micro-distributor model.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets (e.g. margin, growth, customer CVP, trade debtor).
  • Build and grow distributor relationships to increase lubricants volume and margin per business plan.
  • Establish a robust distributor network for business growth.
  • Align distributors with Shell’s channel strategy, deliver a mutually agreed sales business plan. Leverage Shell DVP to boost distributors’ profitability and Shell’s market share.
  • Manage pipeline activities with channel partners.
Qualifications
  • Lubricants or related industries (e.g. industrial equipment, bearings, or maintenance services), channel management experience; marketing/finance/operations/business knowledge.
  • Strong industrial background with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance practices, and industrial supply chains.
  • Proven experience in key account development and key stakeholders’ relationships management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to serve the territory.
