We're looking for a
player‑coach to help build and lead a high‑performance Sales team.
You’ll start as a Senior Rep to master the process and model excellence.
Within 3 months, you’ll take on scoped leadership: coaching others, managing day‑shift operations, and contributing to process improvements.
Over time, you’ll grow into a full‑time team leadership role.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a high‑output, low‑ego sales team from the inside, while staying grounded in the work yourself.
You’ll ramp into the Team Lead role within 2‑3 months and support up to 10 reps over time, with people leadership becoming your primary focus (~80%) as the team grows.
