A logistics company in Mexicali seeks an experienced customs inventory specialist. Ideal candidates will have a professional degree in international commerce and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing customs inventory discharges, system audits, and compliance with VAT certification requirements. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

  • 3 years' experience managing customs inventory system discharges.
  • Experience in generating and uploading files for Annex 30 report.
  • Knowledge of VAT certification requirements in Import-Export operations.
  • Familiarity with customs laws and regulations.
  • Experience with the IMMEX Program.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduct customs inventory discharges on a monthly basis.
  • Perform system audits and adjustments.
  • Generate files for Annex 30 report and submit to SAT.
  • Follow up and validate uploaded files.
  • Analyze customs inventory system for material temporality.
  • Prepare customs inventory system balance reports.
  • Coordinate annual VAT certification renewal.

  • System adjustments.

  • Customs inventory system balance reports.
  • Coordination and review for annual VAT certification renewal.
  • Generation reports from customs inventory system.
  • Origin determination for all finished goods.
Education/Certifications
  • Professional degree in international commerce.
Experience
  • 3 years’ experience in the following:
  • Managing customs inventory system, specifically discharges.
  • Generating and uploading files for Annex 30 report.
  • With VAT certification requirements: In Import-Export operation.
  • Experience in customs laws and regulations.
