• 5 years of relevant experience or 7-9 years of applied experience with demonstrated skills.
• Familiar with Windows XP/7/10/11 and SQL Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019.
• Ability to solve basic computer issues and manage ticketing system.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations of PCs, servers, and networking equipment.
• Coordinate IT projects for the plant and lead cyber and infrastructure projects.
• Install and support network and UC equipment, and maintain IT business continuity plan.
