An international trading company is seeking a motivated HR professional to lead full-cycle recruiting, manage job advertisements, and conduct interviews. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of HR experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills. This hybrid remote position is designed for proactive individuals who can manage projects effectively and support organizational talent strategies.

About the Role

A motivated and self‑driven individual with significant communication and time management skills, and successful experience in full‑cycle recruiting processes.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition in the steel/metals industry (preferable).
  • Formulation and publication of job advertisements.
  • Conducting pre‑screening, online and phone interviews.
  • Active as a recruiter on social media platforms and in professional networks such as Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Dealing with personnel development, marketing, and payroll management.
  • Provide guidance and input regarding HR – talent acquisition strategies that support the vision, culture, and business needs of the organization.
  • Inspire, coach, and promote our company's culture and ethics to improve the performance of the team effectively.
  • Additional assignments may be possible during your employment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Resourceful with strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Team‑oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Self‑motivated, ability to multi‑task, critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, initiative, common sense, creativity, and flexibility are essential.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner and ability to absorb new information or skills.
  • Can observe and respond to people and different situations as well as interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Self‑starter and proactive.
  • Effective project and time management skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Remuneration

Pay: $11 per month
