They are looking for a hands‑on HubSpot Sales Hub Specialist who can combine CRM management with outbound sales execution to generate measurable results and support sales team growth.
This is a sales operations and revenue‑generating role focused on HubSpot Sales Hub (not Marketing Hub).
The ideal candidate will turn HubSpot into a proactive, task‑driven prospecting engine, supporting multiple sales reps, reactivating dormant accounts, and maintaining clean, high‑quality CRM data.
This is a fully remote, client‑facing position, with the potential to grow into a leadership role managing additional SDRs as outbound activity scales.
Own and optimize HubSpot Sales Hub for multiple sales reps.
Build, manage, and improve sales sequences, workflows, and automation.
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data, ensuring pipeline integrity.
Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Reactivate dormant accounts and generate new qualified opportunities.
Track responses and create deals for sales reps where appropriate.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure task completion and follow‑ups.
Monitor outbound efficiency and CRM adoption.
Provide insights to improve workflows and drive results.
