• Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation and company standards.
• Oversee emergency systems administration and response planning.
• Implement risk analysis methodologies aligned with ISO 31000.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to ergonomics and workplace safety.

What you can look forward to as Health, Safety and Environment Engineer:

• Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation and company standards.
• Oversee emergency systems administration and response planning.
• Implement risk analysis methodologies aligned with ISO 31000.
• Coordinate preventive measures under CTPAT and loss prevention programs.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to ergonomics and workplace safety.
• Drive behavioral-based safety (BBS) initiatives and accident investigation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain certifications (RSCI, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Your Profile as Health, Safety and Environment Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE roles.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental legislation.
• Hands on experience with expansion facilities projects.
• Familiarity with emergency systems and risk analysis (ISO 31000).
• Experience with Metal Working Fluid and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of accident investigation methodologies (8D) and safety standards.
• Conversational english proficiency.
