A home services company is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their People Ops team. This role will focus on building relationships with leaders to implement HR initiatives and improve organizational strategies. The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of HRBP experience, be fluent in English, and be adept at analyzing data to influence decisions. This position is remote and requires self-driven individuals who can manage multiple projects effectively.

We are looking for someone who is strategic and data-driven to partner with our leaders at all levels within the organization to implement their people-based initiatives to achieve both business and HR strategies.
This role will partner primarily with our Sales teams, but may work with a portion of our corporate teams as well.
This person will sit remotely.
