A leading global confectionery firm seeks an HR Analyst – Benefits to support the design and administration of employee benefit programs. This remote position in Mexico involves maintaining benefit programs in HRIS, supporting the annual enrollment process, and responding to employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits delivery is necessary.
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and compliance is desirable.

Position Title: HR Analyst Benefits (Analista de Beneficios) (Benefits Analyst / Benefits Specialist)

Location: Remote within Mexico

The HR Analyst – Benefits supports the design, administration, and analysis of employee benefit programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. This role works closely with the Senior Benefits Analyst to provide data-driven insights, streamline processes, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Accurately maintain health and welfare, benefit programs in HRIS systems
  • Support annual enrollment
  • Ensure timely processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate complex issues
  • Process benefit vendor invoices in a timely fashion

  • Directly influences employee experience and compliance of benefit programs
  • Requires understanding of multiple benefit plans, regulatory requirements, and HRIS systems.
  • Works closely with Senior Benefits Analyst, HR team, vendors, and employees
  • Applies judgment in resolving routine benefit issues; escalates complex matters
  • Accuracy of data, timeliness of transactions, compliance audit results, employee satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and compliance requirements (Desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
Experience & Education
  • Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits delivery
