We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to join our LATAM team. You will lead our performance marketing efforts across paid advertising, influencer partnerships and user acquisition. Youll manage a specialized team of marketing professionals while working alongside our Head of Content to drive integrated growth strategy through data‑driven channel optimization.

What you will do
  • Manage and develop specialists across User Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Analytics and Partnership Development
  • Drive strategy and optimization for paid advertising channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Scale influencer marketing operations and creator partnerships systematically
  • Establish advanced attribution models and performance measurement frameworks
  • Optimize marketing spend allocation across channels using data‑driven decision‑making
  • Build operational excellence through systematic planning, execution, tracking and team retrospectives
  • Collaborate with Head of Content on integrated campaigns and content‑performance synergies
Requirements
  • 4 years managing performance marketing teams with 5mln annual media spend under management
  • Deep expertise in paid advertising across major platforms with proven ROI optimization track record
  • Hands‑on experience scaling influencer marketing programs from startup to systematic operations
  • Strong analytical background with multi‑touch attribution, incrementality testing and advanced measurement
  • Team leadership experience developing marketing specialists and driving performance improvements
  • Product‑minded approach to marketing with focus on user journey optimization and lifecycle metrics
Bonus points for
  • EdTech or online education marketing experience with understanding of long conversion cycles
  • Experience managing marketing budgets during economic downturns or budget constraints
  • Background building marketing operations and systematic processes from ground up
