Formación

• Previous experience as Director or Senior Manager of Human Resources/People & Culture in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, union relations, and compliance processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence executive-level leaders.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall People & Culture strategy for SLS Playa Mujeres.
• Ensure all leaders understand and embody the values of the organization.
• Design and execute the onboarding process across all hiring phases.
• Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and corporate policies.
• Manage internal investigations and maintain accurate documentation.
