What will you do:
  • Ensure that operations consistently achieve all SLAs and meet productivity targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organization, especially with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Distributors.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Customer Care Center operations managers (Claims, Order Management, Order Entry, and other back-office operations).
  • Identify constraints to achieving goals and collaborate to implement effective solutions between the Front Office team and the Supply Chain team.
  • Work closely with peers and support functions (Training, Quality, and Continuous Improvement) to develop strategy, define action plans, and ensure operational continuity.
  • Partner with the Digital Transformation team to implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience and improve efficiency.
What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
  • Background in supply chain operations.
  • Proven management experience, demonstrating expertise and the ability to thrive in this role.
  • Positive attitude; intellectually curious with a passion for learning.
  • Strong negotiation skills to drive initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Self-directed with an agile mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
