Formación

Role Overview

We are seeking a GTM Program Manager to drive execution of multiple strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

This high-impact role will serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring that critical GTM projects deliver measurable revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to manage concurrent workstreams, ranging from CRM optimization and AI‑driven automation to sales enablement and competitive intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Initiative Management (60%) Own end‑to‑end delivery of 5–10 concurrent GTM workstreams, including: AI tool implementations (document automation, lead scoring, sales intelligence) HubSpot CRM optimization and process automation Sales enablement program rollouts Competitive intelligence program build Maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and success metrics. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Product. Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions. Report weekly progress to leadership through dashboards and written summaries.
  • Process Improvement (25%) Document and optimize GTM processes (lead routing, deal review, forecasting). Build repeatable playbooks for key workflows. Implement KPI tracking frameworks and conduct periodic process audits. Partner with RevOps on data and system integrations.
  • Change Management (15%) Create training materials and conduct rollout sessions for new systems and processes. Manage stakeholder communication and feedback loops.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in B2B sales, SaaS, or FinTech environments.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑workstream GTM initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet), and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business teams.
  • Highly execution‑oriented with a bias toward action and comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Fluent English Residing in Latin America
