A leading media and entertainment company in Mexico City is looking for a candidate for its Financial Planning & Analysis Graduates Program. This 12-month contract offers a variety of tasks including preparing reports, analyzing trends, and participating in company projects. Ideal candidates are in their final year of relevant studies, skilled in financial analysis, and fluent in English and Polish. A proactive and analytical mindset is essential.

Overview

Get hands-on experience in Warner Bros. Discovery's Financial Planning & Analysis Department and bring a “fresh eye” to provide leadership insights and meaningful improvements. The Graduates Program consists of a 12-month contract with opportunities for rotations within FP&A teams. Your tasks will vary based on the team you’re supporting, giving you a well-rounded understanding of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly flash reports providing actual results compared to forecast, prior year and budget.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables. This includes creating reports by title, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and explaining differences in cash flow.
• Combine different financial reports for the EMEA region to create accurate and timely results. This includes analyzing differences, identifying trends, and sharing these insights with finance leaders, including the EMEA CFO.
• Prepare roll-forwards comparing plan results to prior forecast, prior year and budget.
• Refresh financial models and help map financial data between different systems.
• Participate in company-wide projects i.e. new system implementations and process redesign.

Qualifications

• You are in the final year of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a strong understanding of key accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• You are actively involved in student organizations.
• You possess exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• You are proactive, open-minded, motivated, and eager to learn.
• You have an analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
• You are fluent in both English and Polish.
