A leading software company in Xico, Mexico, is seeking a skilled professional to prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and facilitate customer workshops. The ideal candidate should have a background in software programming, extensive experience in asset management technology, and be proficient in multiple languages including English, Spanish, and Portuguese. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values creativity and collaboration, with a potential for travel to meet customer needs.

Formación

• 5 years’ experience in business process or asset management technology solution architecture.
• Experience providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail customers.
• Software user training experience, such as workflow building and system administration.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver customer technical demonstrations.
• Facilitate workshops and draft software documentation.
• Support customer training including workflow building.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Spanish

Proficiency in Portuguese

Strong work ethic

Excellent listening skills

Educación

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
