Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in senior product leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-team product organizations in complex environments such as SaaS, fintech, or global platforms.
• Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Product Managers and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, execution, and delivery of major product initiatives across a large and complex product area.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning multiple product teams around shared outcomes.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Go-To-Market leaders.
