A global employment platform is seeking a Benefits Administrator to assist in the management and coordination of employee benefits. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with local benefits regulations and will respond to employee queries. Ideal applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration and be proficient in English with strong communication skills. This is a remote position based in Veracruz, Mexico, offering a unique opportunity to support global remote teams.
