A leading packaging company in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom packaging development from inception to launch. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in project management or related fields, have experience in the beauty industry, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This role includes managing timelines, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The Project Manager is a key member of Fusion’s US Product Design & Development team. This role is responsible for managing Custom driven & Fusion driven packaging development by overseeing the design and engineering phase as well as the tool development phase of their assigned projects providing detailed management and involvement from project conception to product launch.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and organizing all timing, milestones, technical information, and project documentation to ensure flawless execution, as well as communicating with both the US-based development and Engineering teams and with MX- based Packaging Engineering and Operations personnel. The overall success of the role will be measured by ensuring that a package meets or exceeds expectations from a cost, timing, performance, and specification standpoint. This position will also be part of managing the sourcing projects.
The Project Manager will report to the Senior Director of Product Line and Program Management, Packaging in the Product Design and Development Department.
