Functions
Research
- Prepare documents, management reports and statistics of the area according to the project currently at work.
- Follow search engine trends for news on news sites, newspapers, etc. that can provide guidelines for further research or prospecting of donors.
Database
- Management of internal database.
- Provide Development office Manager any data necessary for decision making.
- Backup and retrieve information from databases in order to keep them updated and as a point for prospecting and monitoring donors.
- Keep information updated, in order to optimize our various internal processes.
- To keep records and documents and to analyze information requested.
Follow‑up
- Manage and monitor all each donor.
- Follow-up prospects on different areas within ASFG.
- Carry out any activity of a similar nature to the previous ones that Management requires.
- To follow individual prospects and donor’s details so as to keep Management abreast of any follow up required.
- To ensure that specific actions take place (birthday cards, phone calls, meetings required by General Direction and the Development office).
Support
- Provide support in events, documents’ revision, proposal making and to carry out fundraising activities.
- Be ready with virtual presentation or any material to be presented to the prospects.
- Fill out the follow‑up document after every event.
- Manage the agenda with Director assistant to follow‑up the prospectors and donors.
Writing
- Creates a bank of beautifully written letters to use in various circumstances. Each is customized for the specific recipient and purpose. All of them reference the school’s mission and vision as well as the campaign motto “growing together.”
- Very quickly writes high quality letters and thank you notes and adds them to the letter bank if they could serve as a template for future letters.
- Serves as the development and communications office proof‑reader for communication not specifically related to the capital campaign (ESF, Parent School, newsletters).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Marketing, Public relations, Industrial Engineering, or Finance).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative position. Desirable experience or knowledge in positions related to Fund Management, Finance and Public Relations.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

- Ability to train in processes and procedures to the Capital Campaign Committee.
