A language education provider seeks a driven Full-time Sales Representative to connect with clients and drive enrollments for their transformative language programs. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in customer service and sales, with a background in related fields. Responsibilities include lead generation, social media engagement, and relationship management, all while providing a friendly and professional customer experience. This role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work remotely.

Formación

Your Role

As a Sales Representative at Spoken Learning, you will play a key role in driving enrollments and expanding our client base.

Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and convert leads into students by effectively communicating the value of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Conversion : Conduct effective cold calls, follow-up calls, and close deals.
  • Social Media Sales Strategy : Identify and join relevant Facebook and LinkedIn groups to engage with potential prospects daily, fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Relationship Management : Maintain ongoing relationships with potential customers, keeping them engaged and informed about our offerings.
  • Follow-ups & CRM Management : Maintain an organized system for tracking prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups, and managing a smooth sales pipeline.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization : Record and analyze generated leads to track progress, update and analyze KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
  • Task Prioritization & Efficiency : Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to achieve lead targets and drive consistent sales growth.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive sales mindset to help us grow and make language learning.
Skills and requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven customer service and sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success and customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in a sales-related field such as International Business, Marketing, or Business Administration, providing a solid foundation in key business principles
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English, ensuring clear and professional communication (C1 level required)
  • Strong skills in interpersonal communication, active listening, and negotiation, enabling effective interaction and relationship-building
  • Exhibits a friendly, positive, and confident attitude, essential for fostering a welcoming environment for prospects and clients
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Sales Generator, and SEO is a valuable advantage in this role!
