A leading technology company is seeking a highly-motivated, fully remote Full Cycle Recruiter based in Mexico. In this role, you will work with executives across the organization to fulfill hiring needs and foster a positive referral environment. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of recruiting experience, great communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple roles concurrently. Our Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated, fully-remote, Mexico-based Full Cycle Recruiter to expand our team in LATAM and help build a world class team that is reimagining the Directory space.

You’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment.

We would like to upgrade our team with a self-driven recruiter who manages change smoothly, while maintaining a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles
• Create and manage job postings and offer approvals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work on a variety of roles (marketing, customer success, technical support, sales, finance etc) roles simultaneously
• Agency experience preferred
